"Shipping took forever"
The shipping just took way too long. I kept waiting for some kind of update, but... nothing. It finally showed up late, which was frustrating.

"Felt like my hair didn’t get what it needed"
I used this for a few weeks hoping it would help with my dry hair, but it didn’t seem to do anything. I wasn’t expecting a miracle, just some basic moisture, and even that felt ignored. My hair still looked dry and felt the same as before, so it was frustrating.

"Not really loving the ingredients"
It worked okay at first, but the ingredient list feels kinda cheap for what you’re paying. There’s a lot in there that my hair just doesn’t seem to like, and after a few uses it started feeling dry. It’s not the worst product I’ve tried, but I wouldn’t say it’s great either

I ordered this from marcanthony.com thinking it would be fine, but wow, the scent was way stronger than I expected. It has this really perfumy, kind of cheap smell, at least to me. I could still smell it hours later, and it gave me a headache. I only used it once and already know I won’t reach for it again. It’s just not for me.

"Bottle Leaked All Over the Box"
This was disappointing. The packaging Wasn't great and the bottle leaked all over inside the box. Everything was a mess when it arrived, so not a Great experience.

I tried to return an order and it turned into such a headache. Customer service took forever to get back to me, and when they did, the answers weren’t even that useful. It felt like I was being sent in circles over something that should’ve been super straightforward. This is why returns from online stores are always a whole mess. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from marcanthony.com again.

"Not great for my fine curly hair"
I bought this from marcanthony.com hoping it would work for my fine curly hair, but it just wasn’t a good fit. It made my roots feel greasy while somehow leaving my ends dry, which was really frustrating. Maybe it works better for thicker hair, but definitely not mine. I also didn’t love how there was basically no human contact or real guidance when buying it online, so I was kind of left guessing.

"I expected this to feel a bit cleaner..."
I expected this to feel a bit cleaner after applying, but while the texture is okay, it leaves behind a sticky residue that I’m not a huge fan of.

"I was happy with my order from..."
I was happy with my order from marcanthony.com. The prices felt fair, and the products actually lasted longer than I thought they would. It’s not the absolute cheapest option out there, but for what you get, yeah, I’d say it’s good value.
